"Professional Service and Delicious Food with a Creative Flair"

I can highly recommend Dalton Hospitality to anyone seeking professional service and delicious food with a creative flair. Jerome catered for my daughter's recent 21st birthday and I was very happy with the result. Jerome took the time to personally assist me with the selection and planning of the menu at an affordable cost, without compromising quality and presentation.. He also took into account my daughter's wishes with regard to the atmosphere she chose to create for the evening.

The party was a private home venue with pre-dinner nibbles and a formal dinner for 45 guests. Jerome and his staff prepared and served the food without the slightest intrusion, blending in with each stage of the evening. The excellent food, organisation and service provided by Dalton Hospitality allowed me to enjoy the evening with a minimum of stress. The evening was an all round success. My daughter's happiness, the many comments by guests in praise of the catering, is indicative of the high standard of Dalton Hospitality.
